Last week broke the bank, sent me to the poor house, and ruined my credit!!! Well, it would have if I had actually placed money on all my picks. Last week was a devastating 3-10-1 week. Ouch. Let’s try to bring those numbers up. Another week of short and sweet, here’s the breakdown.

If Larry Johnson is going to get a run game this year, this would be the time. However, the Bengals will still score quicker and more often. Taking the Bengals give the points.
Even with a little scare against
A game where anything could happen, I’m betting on the more likely, but when has that ever been a lock this year? Give the points.
Bears have a tough defense, but so does
Far from a lock, the Eagles have had their struggles this year, but with Westbrook returning, take the Eagles and give the points.
The only reason the Rams cover in this game is because the Ravens offense can’t run up the score. That’s right, Rams cover.
I’ve been envisioning a game winning field goal to win this game all week. Buccaneers win, but Titans cover.
Redskins are no push over team this year, but the Pack will be back this week and intend to play BOTH halves. Give the points and take the Packers.
A bit of a struggle picking this spread. Cardinals will win, but by how much? I wanted to give the points, I tried to give the points, but I couldn’t give the points, Panthers cover.
This is probably only one of the two chances the NFL will get to keep the Patriots from being undefeated. Cowboys will rebound from Romo’s awful game last week, play well at home, and cover this spread. In fact, I’m predicting a straight out win.
Can we really trust the Chargers to do it again after only one week? They’ve looked pretty off their game the rest of the season. It’s possible the Chargers are back in action, so I’m giving the points.
The Saint’s ain’t marching. In fact, they haven’t even gotten off the bench. They’ve been down right awful this year. What happened here? Give the points.
Monday, October 15. 2007 Monday Night Game
Atlanta
Giants defense has been stepping up little by little and Eli Manning and Plaxico Burress continue to connect. Give the points.
That concludes this weeks spread.
